It is the only floral shop I go to...great bunch of employees! They won me over when I ordered flowers for my father's funeral in Colville, Washington. Somehow the florist in Colville didn't get the order correct and since I wasn't able to attend the funeral, I was heartbroken. I spoke with them and they split the cost of the flowers with the other florist because I was so unhappy...I wasn't charged at all. I knew at that point, they had a customer for life. (smile) They have shared happy times (wedding flowers) and sad times (my husband's funeral) and always do a gorgeous job on the arrangements. In fact, the casket spray for my husband was nothing short of breathtaking...absolutely beautiful. I would give them a rating of 10 if it was an option. Like I said, love 'em.

I am always extremely satisfied with the service and floral arrangements from Dutch Mill Florists. It doesn't matter if I'm stopping in to get a bunch of flowers to take home or sending flowers to New Jersey. We had flowers sent to a funeral of a friend and the family called to say what a beautiful & unique arrangement Dutch Mill had done - our friend had been a hunter and the boquet was perfect.
